MindAry Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use MindAry, a personal companion app for your schedule, diary, moods, to-dos and family contacts. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• Provide a valid email address and verify it before signing in.
• Keep your password confidential; one account is intended for one person.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use MindAry.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. We store it only to show it back to you. We do not publish, sell or mine your entries. Only add details about other people where you have their agreement.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive or harmful use.
• No accessing another user's account or data.
• No disrupting, overloading, reverse engineering or probing the service.
• No malware or content you have no right to share.

Not medical or emergency advice

MindAry is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological or emergency services. Do not rely on its reminders for time-critical medical needs.

Availability

MindAry is provided "as is". We aim to keep the service running and your data safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account and all its content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
